Abdulhadi is currently the Head of Corporate Services at the UAE based Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du). He joined this fast growing and dynamic organization in 2008 as VP, Asset Management & Corporate Admin, and has been a driving force contributing to its many facets of success and evolution since inception.
Prior to this appointment, Abdulhadi held the position of Chief Engineer, Integrated Customer Services and Facilities Management for 13 years at the giant global telecom company Etisalat.
His achievements are well recognized by the professional community and are highlighted through his many positive accomplishments within the FM community. In addition to being one of the key individuals contributing to the establishment and success of MEFMA, he also represents the sector internationally as a board of directors’ member of Global FM.
Abdulhadi holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious George Washington University, USA, as well as Post Graduate Certificates in both Strategic Leadership from Cranfield University, UK, and Managing Corporate Resources from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. He is currently undertaking an EMBA with Hult International Business School and is expected to graduate in 2020.
Eng. Ali AlSuwaidi is one of the influential leaders of the facilities management and asset management industry in the Middle East. He has been in the industry since the nascent stages and has been tasked with a range of prestigious, mission-critical, high-profile assignments. His valuable volunteering contributed to the growth of the industry in the Middle East and especially GCC countries. Eng. Ali is one of the FM subject matter experts worldwide and a visionary speaker participating in facility management workshops, conferences, and seminars. Amongst many other important tasks, Ali was the first operation head for the tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa. In addition to being one of the key founders of MEFMA and a prominent figure in the Middle East, he also has a great impact and huge influence globally by being the Chairman in the Global FM Association (GFM) since January 2025 and previously as a the Vice Chairman since January 2021, along with having a valuable impact as well on various entities in which he held key positions. Eng. Ali holds MBA from American University of Sharjah and B.S in Electrical Engineering from Toledo, Ohio-USA. He also holds Mini MBA certificate of leadership from INSEAD, and he is a graduate from Dubai Government leadership program in coordination with The Wharton school of Business, USA. Ali Holds international diploma on health, safety and environment management from British Safety council.
With more than 17 years of experience in oil and gas industry and building services sector, Badar holds a PHD in Facilities Management from Binary University College of Management and
Entrepreneurship (Malaysia), Master of business administration (MBA-IT) Coventry UK, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Glassco Caledonian.
He has led multimillion FM contracts successfully and has also participated at many governmental committees and initiatives in recent years. His areas of experience include Facilities management, Strategy, Projects Management, Change Management and Commissioning management.
Dr. Alfalah has a Ph.D. and M. Eng in Building Engineering from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada). Also, Dr. Alfalah has a B. Arch in Architecture and building science from King Saud University (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). He has 10 years of professional experience working in the construction industry and in academic posts both in Saudi Arabia and Canada.

Karla Archer-Reid is a certified Facilities Management (FM) Consultant specializing in Strategic Facilities Management. Her experience spans Urban Planning, FM Operations and Consulting roles across the Caribbean & UK.ย Currently supportingย Transition & FM delivery on key projects in Abu Dhabi. Karla has held membership &ย roles in BIFM and IFMA, most recently asย Past Regional Director for IFMAโs FM Consultant Council in the Middle East.
Karla’s expertise covers Development of FM Strategyย across all asset classes, Procurement of FM Services,ย Asset Handover, Asset Information Modelling & Management, Asset Lifecycle Planning, FM Organisation Strategy, FM Technology & Digital Transformation and FM Research & Benchmarking.

Eng. Lara Khozouz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Experts 360 Consultancy Company and a certified consultant specializing in facility management, operations and maintenance, project management, real estate development, process reengineering, organizational restructuring, social development strategies, and planning. She has collaborated with various private and governmental entities, as well as international organizations, both in Jordan and across the region. Eng. Khozouz holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from George Washington University (2007) and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Jordan (1999). With over 25 years of professional experience, she has held numerous executive and senior management positions in both public and private sector institutions. Most recently, she served as the Director of Operations for Abdali Group and The Boulevard from 2017 to 2021. Her contributions to the facility management sector have been recognized since 2014, including her appointment to the Board of Directors of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) in Dubai. In 2017, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the Arab Council for Operation and Maintenance (OMAINTEC) in Saudi Arabia, representing Arab women in the field. Eng. Lara Khozouz has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) – ESI International since 2007 and a member of the Jordan Engineers Association since 1999. She also serves on the Board of Directors of multiple companies in the region.

Currently based in Pune, Suhas works as a consultant, advising leading companies in India and the Middle East on Facilities Management and operational excellence. In addition to his consulting expertise, Suhas regularly conducts training sessions for professionals, focusing on Facilities Management, Sustainability, and General Management.
