Abdulhadi is currently the Head of Corporate Services at the UAE based Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du). He joined this fast growing and dynamic organization in 2008 as VP, Asset Management & Corporate Admin, and has been a driving force contributing to its many facets of success and evolution since inception.

Prior to this appointment, Abdulhadi held the position of Chief Engineer, Integrated Customer Services and Facilities Management for 13 years at the giant global telecom company Etisalat.

His achievements are well recognized by the professional community and are highlighted through his many positive accomplishments within the FM community. In addition to being one of the key individuals contributing to the establishment and success of MEFMA, he also represents the sector internationally as a board of directors’ member of Global FM.

Abdulhadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious George Washington University, USA, as well as Post Graduate Certificates in both Strategic Leadership from Cranfield University, UK, and Managing Corporate Resources from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Sean Gibbons is a strategic FM and real estate consultant with over 30 years of international experience, advising global corporations on how to optimize their FM and real estate strategies to drive efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and long-term value.

As former Global Head of Facility Management & Real Estate for a leading life sciences company, Sean spearheaded innovative workplace, real estate, and facility management strategies. He managed a global portfolio across 100+ countries and achieved a landmark industry first: securing ISO 41001 certification – the first for a global function in any industry and the first in the pharmaceutical sector.

Prior to that, as Head of Facilities Management and Lead Consultant for the largest multi-disciplinary consultancy in the Middle East, Sean delivered high-impact strategic projects for government entities in the region, alongside multinational corporations across Europe, North and Latin America, and Asia.

Sean holds an MSc in Facilities Management, serves on the British Standards Institute’s technical committee for ISO FM standards, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management and the Chartered Management Institute.

Abdulla Al Wahedi is a leading facilities management expert in the region. He is the founder and owner of Irtikaz Group which offers property management and owners association management services. He has over two decades of experience in facilities management and has held several high-profile roles including his last role as senior director facilities management in Emaar Properties where he oversaw the FM operations of iconic projects such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and Emaar District Cooling. He also gained FM exposure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as he served as a Senior Engineer at Etihad Etisalat. At the beginning of his career, Abdulla worked on the first commercial district cooling plant in the UAE with Tabreed.

Abdulla holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University in the USA, and an MBA from the American University of Sharjah. He is a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) and has won the Rashid Award for Academic Achievement.

Andrea is an award-winning soft services leader and consultant with over four decades of experience in facilities management and hospitality in the Middle East. Andrea now partners with organisations across the Middle East to elevate service standards and enhance operational performance across soft services, customer experience, and compliance.

Andrea previously held senior leadership roles at industry giants such as Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions, Ejadah, and Emrill, where she built the original Centres of Excellence, drove strategic workforce transformations, and led multi-sector FM operations with workforces exceeding 10,000. Her expertise spans recruitment, training, mobilisation, transportation, succession planning, audit readiness, and the creation of robust systems for service quality and HSE compliance.

Bashar Kassab is VP for Community Management in KAFD, having joined in 2022. He is responsible for KAFD’s master-planned community and infrastructure, including the cooling plants in the district, one of the largest plants in Saudi Arabia at 100,000 refrigerant tons, the ENVAC automated waste management system, and the city’s public realm.

During his years as the Senior Director of Facilities Management at Emaar Properties in Dubai, he led the facility management teams of Burj Khalifa, Emaar Malls, Emaar Entertainment, Dubai Opera, The Dubai Fountain, Emaar Hospitality Engineering, and Emaar Communities Engineering and Landscape, where he won several awards for the company including the Energy Project of the Year from the Association of Energy Engineers in 2019, the Best Operations and Maintenance of an Existing Building from MENA Green Building Awards in 2020, and the Commitment to Sustainability from the Middle East Cleaning, Hygiene & Facilities Award (MECHF) in 2021.

As the Engineering and Procurement Manager at Juma Al Majid Est. in Dubai, he managed the Engineering and Coordination Department for Dubai Mall, acting as the primary liaison with the property’s Civil Engineers and Architects.

With over 19 years of experience in construction and facilities management, he is recognized for his expertise in strategy and operations development across multiple asset classes.

Fahad Mohamed is an FM Industry Expert with over two decades of experience across the UAE and wider GCC, specializing in facilities management, asset operations, and the built environment.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Facilities Management, combining strong technical knowledge with strategic expertise in managing complex assets across their lifecycle.

Fahad brings extensive experience working on both the service provider and client-side, enabling him to drive excellence in FM service delivery, governance, and commercial performance. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle, including mobilization, operational optimization, and the transition from construction to operations.

He has worked across diverse asset classes, including airports, master communities, commercial and residential developments, retail and mall environments, and industrial facilities, with experience in both horizontal and vertical communities. His core areas of expertise include FM strategy, ESG integration, community management, digital transformation, energy optimization, and lifecycle asset management, with a focus on enhancing asset value and operational efficiency.

Fahad holds professional certifications in community management and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. He is also a MEFMA Certified Trainer, contributing to the development of FM professionals and supporting industry advancement through the Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA).

Osama Othman is a seasoned Facilities Management Senior Executive, Consultant, and Trainer with an engineering background and over 30 years of practical experience across diverse industries. He possesses more than 20 years of specialized expertise in facilities management operations, consulting services, and project management, with strong proficiency in project development strategies such as PPP, BOT, and BOO.

Osama is currently the CEO of Musandah Assets Management, where he leads strategic initiatives to optimize asset performance and deliver sustainable value. He is also the Founder and CEO of Marshal Consulting Services, a regional advisory firm recognized for delivering innovative solutions in Facility & Community Management, Project Management, Smart City Solutions, and Business Process Optimization to clients across Egypt, the Middle East, GCC countries, and parts of Europe.
