Jamal Abdulla Lootah

Jamal Abdulla Lootah, presently Chief Executive Officer of Imdaad, the integrated facility management service provider, comes with a wealth of administrative experience at different levels in Dubai World.

Starting his career with the Security Department of Dubai Port Authority, Mr. Lootah has been with Dubai World since 1991. Excellent administrative skills and leadership qualities helped him progress in his career. Mr. Lootah became Director of Human Resources and General Administration in 2005.

In 2007 Mr. Lootah was appointed as Imdaad’s Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO, he is leading the FM service provider’s ambitious expansion drive with particular emphasis on green initiatives.

Mr. Lootah, has completed the Corporate Advance Program at IMD, the leading global business school based in Switzerland, graduated in Business Administration from the University of London.

 Jamal is currently the President of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA).

Ibrahim Fakhroo

Ibrahim Fakhroo is the group CEO of GSSG, which is located in Qatar, Dubai, UK, Egypt, Singapore. He is the current acting Vice President of MEFMA.

To mention just a few of his higher positions, he started as Electricity Distribution Manager at Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) in 2002. Due to his commitment and sheer dedication to his work, he was offered the position of Senior Manager – QTA Operation at Qatar Tourism Authority. After two years he was again offered a more senior post at Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry as Director General.

His eagerness to prove himself in the corporate world didn’t stop here as he now holds one of the highest positions at Barwa Real Estate Company as Director for Group Business Service Investment. Ibrahim Fakhroo was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Qatar in 1986 graduating with distinction. To further enhance his knowledge and passion and to continue his quest for excellence in the workplace, Ibrahim pursued a Diploma in Administration in 1991 graduating with honours.


Abdulhadi Ali Alalyak is currently the Vice President of Asset Management and Corporate Administration in the UAE Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company “du”. He has held this position since 2008 being a key personal in the development of this young corporation.

Previous to this Abdulhadi worked for Etisalat as the Chief Engineer for Integrated Customer Services and Facilities Management. He brings 15 years of vast experience including managing operations in several areas such as managing integrated customer services, assets and infrastructure projects ranging from corporate offices, Retails, Telecommunications Technical Buildings, and Data Centres.

Abdulhadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical engineering from the George Washington University, USA, along with a Post Graduate Certificates in both the Strategic Leadership from Cranfield University, UK, and Managing Corporate Resources from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Some other recognized achievements from Abdulhadi include his contribution to the establishment of the Middle East FM association (MEFMA) which he is currently a member of the Board of Directors.

Ahmad Hussain

Ahmad Hussain recently joined Global Village as the Executive Director of Operations .

Ahmad who has completed the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum leadership development programme brings with him more than 12 years of experience in a number of the most prominent organizations in the UAE.

Having graduated with a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the UK. Ahmed has worked for the ADNOC Group, the Engineer’s Office of H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Du Telecom and currently in Global Village.

This wide ranging experience has helped to give him operational skills in crisis management, quality control, team leadership and customer service. He is also a board Director on number of leading Associations.

Ahmad Yousef Al Kandari

Ahmad Yousef Al Kandari is the CEO of United Facilities Management (UFM), a subsidiary of United Real Estate Company and member of KIPCO Group companies.

With 27 Years of experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate and Banking Industries, Mr. Al Kandari has previously held key executive positions at United Real Estate Co., Souk Salmiyah Real Estate Co. and Kuwait Real Estate Bank.


Aiyd ALQAHTANI is the Executive Director of Operation at King Fahad Medical City, Riyadh.

His management contributions centered on spearheading development and completion of new projects, clinical/ operational programs, facility management and improvement activities among Hospitals in the region. He was involved in facility management since his engagement with local and international firm in design, constructing and operating state of the art healthcare and education facilities in the last 15 years.

Ali AlSuwaidi

Ali AlSuwaidi brings with him 12 years of experience in facility management in U.A.E. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from USA, MBA & International Diploma in Safety Management.

His involvement in setting up best practice in predictive & proactive maintenance regime in telecommunication industry was the first major achievement. Another achievement was his active contribution in setting up Health, Safety & Environment culture within an organization of more than 10,000 staff. Further contributions were in the field of facility management industry by setting up best practice sustainable FM practices ensuring active engagement of all stakeholders. His final destination before joining ADPC was to set up the operations strategy and implementation of reliable efficient process for the world tallest tower. He is currently a board director in the Middle East Facility Management association. Also, he is active member of the Alumni committee of the American University Of Sharjah. Ali is proud to be part of the ADPC team and he is looking forward to contribute as part of ADPC success story.


Dilip Khatwani is currently the Chief Executive of Reliance FM and has held this position since 2003 being the co founder of the company. Reliance FM is a Facility management and consultancy company operating in Middle East.

Previous to this Dilip worked for CB Richard Ellis as the Country Manager for Facilities Management covering South Asia. He brings 25 years experience of managing assets for various infrastructure projects ranging from Banks, corporate, townships, hotels, commercial and residential projects.

Dilip holds a Bachelor of Technology in marine engineering along with a second engineers part A&B and chief engineer’s part A qualifications. He is on the Industrial Board of International College of Engineering and Management in Muscat, Oman, which provides Facility Management 5 year degree courses in affiliation to UCLAN in the UK. Dilip is widely recognized as a trained lecturer on facilities management, with many years of experience on the subject. He is a regular speaker in FM conferences across Asia and the Middle East, having also chaired the FAMM conference in Dubai. He teaches MSC program for FM at the Herriot Watt University in Dubai and is a skilled trainer for the Government of Dubai’s courses on Infrastructure and Association Management.

Some other recognized achievements from Dilip include the initiative to form the IFMA India Chapter, and Middle East FM association (MEFMA) which he currently holds a position as Board Member.

Khalid AlHosni

Khalid AlHosni is the Director of Qurum Business Group since 1998, and the Chairman and CEO of AlJazeera Global Services & Investments “AGSI”. He has 16 years of experience working as a Chairman of National Gas Company “NGC”, the Founder of the Private Credit Bureau in Oman “NBCI”, and the Founder of AGSI General Trading LLC., Dubai, UAE – 2013.

He is also an Occasional economics writer and contributor, and he got his Bachelor of Arts from Seattle Pacific University, USA.

Lara Khozouz

Lara Khozouz is the General Manager of Finan Facility Management Company in Jordan.

She holds a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University), a BSc. in Civil Engineering from University of Jordan.

She has more than 15 years of experience s,tarting her career at the Royal Hashemite Court / Royal Palaces;   then a Chief of Staff for Director General / Social Security Corporation also Project Coordinator.

She was a Program manager for SARAYA AQABA, Director of Planning and Programs at Taameer Jordan Holdings, Vice President for Program Management in Darat Jordan Holdings. And the Managing Director of Globe Williams Jordan The 1st international facility management company in Jordan.

Mohammed AlDuraibi

Mohammed AlDuraibi, the CEO of Da'em Real Estate Investment Company, a subsidiary of Manafea Holding Company located in Riyadh , K.S.A.

He Joined the Saudi Hotels & Resort Areas Company (SHARACO) in the field of Hotels of International Brands.

He obtained the associate degree in Projects Management from George Washington University, A Bachelor Degree in Architecture from King Saud University and Specialized Certificates in Quality Control, Cost and Time Management.


Naif bin Saleh Al-Rajhi is the Co-founder and CEO of Memar, and Chairman of Able FM.

Naif is currently the CEO of Memar Development and Construction Company established on 2007. Naif has succeeded in his own projects within 10 years as he is also a Co-founder of Abraaj Real Estate Company that was established in 2003, to start with the Clock Tower and the Chinese Village, in addition to establishing Able Facilities management Company in Dubai.

In addition to his real estate and FM companies, he has established PHI Communications and CTRL P Printing Solutions along with other trading companies and is a partner in Bohoor International Investment Company.

He also participated in several international conferences such as the Global Competitiveness Forum in 2008 and 2009 and the Middle East Conference for Maintenance and Hyfiene in Dubai in 2009. He received several certifications in management and planning and participated in various global real estate conferences and forums.

Youssef Abillama Youssef Abillama is the co-founder and CEO of MMG Overseas Ltd. an 11-year old regional facility management group present in 5 countries in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan) with more than 600 technical and administrative staff. Youssef holds a bachelor of Science in Management Information systems from Boston University. He is also board member in the Abillama group a lebanese family business group present in Europe and the Middle East. The group is involved in the automotive industry, elevator installation and maintenance, with several shareholding interests in banking and real estate projects. Youssef is among the founding Mefma board members.
