EcovertFM Kuwait (EFMK) was established in 2008 in partnership between Bouygues Energies and Services (BYes), Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Company and Ajial Real Estate and Enterntainment Company to provide facilities management services within Kuwait. Bouygues Energies and Services (BYes) have later sold their shares to Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Company and EcovertFM Kuwait remains a franchise of Byes.
