Khadamat Unveils New Corporate Identity at Qasr Al Muwaiji, Marking a New Chapter of Growth

Al Ain, UAE โ€“ 26 January 2026 โ€“ Khadamat Facilities Management, owned by Solutions plus โ€“ A Mubadala Company โ€“ and Serco, officially unveiled its new corporate identity during a distinguished event held at Qasr Al Muwaiji, one of Al Ainโ€™s most iconic heritage landmarks. The event marked a significant milestone in Khadamatโ€™s journey, reflecting its evolution, growth and forward-looking vision.

The identity reveal was attended by senior leaders, partners and key stakeholders, including representatives from Solutions+ and Serco, alongside esteemed guests from the academic and public sectors.

Founded in 2007 to operate the new campus of the United Arab Emirates University in Al Ain, Khadamat Facilities Management was established to deliver reliable, integrated facilities management services within a complex academic environment. Over time, โ€œKhadamatโ€ has grown in scale and capability, strengthening its position as a trusted partner across diverse operational settings.

Inspired by Khadamatโ€™s establishment story and the locations that shaped its journey, including Al Ain city, the UAE University campus and the companyโ€™s first office, the newly unveiled corporate identity reflects Khadamatโ€™s evolution from a campus-based operator into a mature, future-ready national platform for integrated facilities management.

During the event, Mr. Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director at Solutions+ and the Chairman of Khadamat, noted that the partnership between Solutions+ and Serco combines global expertise with strong local insight, positioning Khadamat to deliver operational excellence, innovation and sustainable value across the facilities management sector, while supporting the UAEโ€™s long-term national priorities.
