With more than 27 years of senior leadership experience across real estate, infrastructure, and the built environment in both the UK and UAE, Alex brings deep expertise in FM, local government services, and energy management. His leadership approach is centred on operational excellence, continuous improvement and future-ready, people-first service models that place clients and communities at the heart of every solution.

Prior to joining Ejadah, Alex served as Senior Vice President – Corporate Affairs at Dubai Holding. Before that, he was Chief Commercial Officer at Dubai Holding Real Estate. He also served as Managing Director of another large UAE FM provider, where he played a key role in strengthening operational performance, governance, and organisational capability.

Across his career, Alex has built a strong track record in transforming service-led organisations, strengthening operational resilience and delivering consistent performance across complex, high-profile environments. He remains focused on shaping the future of integrated urban services through innovation, accountability and a culture that believes in People First Always.
