SNC-Lavalin ProFac Gulf Management LLC (SLPGM) is a joint venture between SLPGM and Nasser Bin Khaled Al-Thani Holdings Company (NBKS) with the objective of delivering world class real estate operations and maintenance services to Qatar and other Gulf States.
As of January 2007, we have a full-time presence in our office on Salwa Road in Doha.

Core Business
Long-term management contracts for the ongoing operations and maintenance of buildings and facilities are a cornerstone of SLPGM’s business.
Facilities management was where a large part of its initial growth began and, as this continued, we developed systems and processes to support further growth and drive synergies across contracts.
Today, SLPGM manages more than 112 million square feet of real estate in over 8,000 facilities, power generation and central utilities plants.
In addition, we manage some 50 naval vessels, hundreds of kilometres of highway, Canada’s only floating bridge, and a fully automated light rail transit system including 16 stations, 19km of rail and one of the most advanced operation and maintenance centres in the world.
Providing services across such a broad range of industries and working with numerous clients requires a strong team, which is something SLPGM is proud to have established.
In fact, our biggest strength is the diversity and skills of our employees, which has grown from a small team of less than 200 people in 1995 to over 3,000 team members today.
Located across Qatar and in our international Centres of Expertise, they perform a diverse array of work, from professional engineers who provide energy solutions and remote management of buildings, to customer support personnel who deal directly with the facility users, to building maintenance technicians.
