Being prepared for emergencies is an important part of the Facility Manager’s job to avoid damage to facilities and assets, unsafe situations for people and disruptions to your organization’s business.
The first step is to identify risks and then determine what you can do about them.
For your organization, identify one risk you have to address as a Facility Manager that could impact or disrupt your organization’s core business activities.
Based on that risk, answer the following questions:

2. 2. Who are the stakeholders you need to work with to develop a plan for the risk?
3. 3. What resources, competencies or backup do you need to address the risk?
