The theme this year deeply resonates with my journey across India and the Middle East, working with leading FM organizations, driving complex transitions, optimizing operations, and leading diverse teams.

Facilities Management is much more than maintaining buildings. It’s about creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and inspired. From embracing hybrid work to integrating IoT and advancing HSE standards, we’ve proven that FM is essential to business continuity, sustainability, and community well-being.

Through constant change, one thing remains clear: people make places. And it’s our people – engineers, HSE teams, planners, and frontline staff – who show resilience every single day. Their dedication is the backbone of our success.

As an FM professional with an MBA, HSE, and ISO credentials, I firmly believe continuous learning and a people-first mindset are key to thriving in this evolving industry. Let’s keep investing in our teams, empowering them with knowledge, technology, and a culture of collaboration.
