Recognizes a senior leader (C-level or executive) who has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and contributed significantly to the FM industry through strategic thinking, innovation and inspirational guidance to their teams and organization.

Honors an individual who has dedicated significant time and effort to mentoring and training, actively guiding and developing the next generation of FM professionals, inturn playing a crucial role in shaping the future of the industry.

Recognizes an FM employee (non-executive) who has made a meaningful impact through their dedication, exceptional service and positive contributions to their organization and / or to the broader FM industry.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

  • Must be a MEFMA member company to be eligible to submit in the FM Client, FM Service Provider and FM Supplier Awards
  • Must be an individual MEFMA member or individual employed with a MEFMA member company to be eligible to submit in the Individual Awards
  • Membership status must be active at the time of submission and throughout the award process
  • The submission should align with the appropriate chosen award category, based on the eligibility criteria
  • The submission must focus and concentrate on one specific project / case study / initiative considering the categories and criteria mentioned hereafter
  • Operational or implemented initiatives must have been fully operational in the Middle East for at least six months prior to the submission
  • All submissions must be in English only, to align with the requirements of the Global FM Awards, as they may be considered for this award
