Bachelorโs degree in engineering or

Minimum 5 years of FM experience in a senior or C level
Professional certification in FM
Excellent teaching and leadership skills
Excellent public speaking and communication skills

Excellent understanding of the FM industry and MEFMAโs role within the facility management community
Made contributions to MEFMA or the FM Industry
Participated or attended a
