Under the theme of “FM in the Digital Age – Embracing a Smart Future”, the 11th edition of the conference will take place on October 15 & 16, 2023 at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

ALI ALSUWAIDI
Eng. Ali AlSuwaidi is one of the influential leaders of the facilities management and asset management industry in the Middle East. He has been in the industry since the nascent stages and has been tasked with a range of prestigious, mission-critical, high-profile assignments. His valuable volunteering contributed to the growth of the industry in the Middle East and especially GCC countries. Eng. Ali is one of the FM subject matter experts worldwide and a visionary speaker participating in facility management workshops, conferences, and seminars. Amongst many other important tasks, Ali was the first operation head for the tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa.
In addition to being one of the key founders of MEFMA and a prominent figure in the Middle East, he also has a great impact and huge influence globally by being the Vice Chairman in the Global FM Association.
TALAL H. AL MARRI
Talal H. Al Marri is Aramco’s Senior Vice President of Community Services. Across the Kingdom he is responsible for Office Services (management of hundreds of buildings and 33,000 office users), Utilities and Facility Services (water production and management of waste water treatment of Aramco facilities & homeownership sites), Projects (management of community and noncommunity projects), Technical Support (engineering, design, capital planning and inspection services for Aramco communities) and Operational Services (biodiversity and conservation of wildlife sanctuaries, facility management of Aramco housing and recreational facilities/activities).
In June 2023, Al Marri was appointed Chairman of the National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management.
Previously, Al Marri served as Vice President of Public Affairs, and prior to that, he was President and CEO of Aramco Overseas Company for four years. He also worked in London and Seoul.
ABDULLA AL WAHEDI
Abdulla Al Wahedi is a leading facilities management expert in the region. He has over two decades of experience in facilities management and has held a number of high-profile roles including his last role as chief executive officer of a leading facilities management company where he was responsible for managing all aspects of Facility Management operations and expanding the business.
Prior to his role as CEO of Irtikaz Group, Abdulla was a senior director at Emaar Facilities Management where he oversaw the FM operations of iconic projects such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and Emaar District Cooling.
Abdulla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University in the USA, and an MBA from the American University of Sharjah. He is a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) and has won the Rashid Award for Academic Achievement.
ABDULMAJEED SAAD ALZAHRANI
Abdulmajeed is a Mechanical Engineer with 15 Years’ experience in the field of plant maintenance and facility management. He has served as mechanical technician, maintenance planner, mechanical engineer, Expert Project Manager and A&FM Sr. Director.
Experienced in Plant Management, Asset Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Transformational Programs, lifecycle delivery, and rehabilitation programs.
He has also contributed to many committees in the Safety and reliability fields.
ABHAY BHARGAVA
Abhay is a business expansion specialist with thought leadership across the Energy, Sustainability, and Buildings sectors – specializing in the core themes of digitalization, sustainability, geographic expansion, and localization. Holding 22 years of global experience across diversified industries, Abhay has extensive experience in the Middle East region, across Energy, Environment, Manufacturing, Managed Services & Industrial Automation.
He specializes in advisory and enablement, especially around strategy development, investment promotion, localization strategies, & mega trends, and has developed his experience by working across government organizations, multinationals, family groups & conglomerates, and specialized companies.

Hadi Al-Irjan is the Senior Director of the Facility Management and Services Department at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH). Hadi holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from King Saud University and a certificate in Executive Management from Cornell University.
He has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare facility management where he served in several leadership positions before joining JHAH in 2017 as the organization’s Safety Officer. He is a certified surveyor with the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) under the Facility Management and Safety (FMS) chapter, and the founder of the Saudi Healthcare Facility Management Forum.
Currently, Hadi is leading number of strategic facility projects at JHAH including the 10-Year Facility Master Plan and the digitization program of facility services.

Javeria Aijaz is the Managing Director of HITEK Services, part of Farnek group. Under the leadership of Javeria, FM services successfully went through the digitalization journey.
